About the Role:
For this role, we are looking for a React Frontend Engineer who is passionate about building and scaling high-traffic, high-availability web and mobile applications. An ideal candidate will care about producing clean, maintainable, well-tested code and will do this as a member of a team, helping the group come up with solutions to balance performance, cost, and quality. We are looking for someone with experience in writing code for a 24x7 commercial service.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain modern, user-facing web applications in React
- Develop new features and improve existing functionality
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Collaborate with Product, Backend, Data, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software
- Ensure applications are responsive, accessible, and performant
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Contribute to improving build, test, and deployment workflows
- Support and troubleshoot production issues when needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in frontend development
- Strong proficiency in React
- Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience building responsive and accessible web applications
- Understanding of modern frontend architecture and best practices
- Experience working with APIs and backend integrations
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Fastlane)
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
- Strong communication skills and team mindset
- Availability to overlap with U.S. time zones when needed
Nice to Have
- Experience with React Native or mobile development
- Experience shipping apps to App Store / Google Play
- Experience with monitoring/debugging tools (Sentry, Firebase, etc.)
- Exposure to high-traffic or real-time systems
- Basic understanding of backend or full-stack workflows

Zamerke
Generalno sam veoma zadovoljna radom u firmi ali jedina stvar koja bi mogla da se poboljša je proces u saradnji sa klijentima. Često zahtevi dolaze hitno, ali bez dovoljno jasno definisanih smernica, što otežava rad i troši vreme na dodatna pojašnjenja. Uz malo više strukture u tom delu, verujem da bi ceo tim mogao da radi još efikasnije.
