What You’ll Be Doing

As a Junior RPA Developer / Automation Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining Python-based automation scripts
Creating browser-based automations using Selenium and Playwright (with guidance)
Running and monitoring headless automations on Linux virtual machines
Logging automation execution details into database tables
Assisting with workflow automation using n8n
Using Git-based version control in Azure DevOps as part of a team workflow
Testing, debugging, and improving existing automations
Learning best practices for building reliable, maintainable automation solutions

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience with Python (professional, internship, or strong personal projects)
Familiarity with browser automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, or similar – even at a basic level)
Basic knowledge of Linux environments
Willingness to learn, ask questions, and accept feedback
Ability to work responsibly and communicate clearly within a team

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

Any experience with n8n or similar automation tools
Experience with Git and collaborative development (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
Personal automation projects, scripts, or a Git repository to share
Interest in RPA, process automation, or backend automation
