Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Analysis and Quality Control Specialist to lead our teams in ensuring the utmost quality of our software products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in establishing testing workflows, generating detailed reports, supervising the execution of testing, and implementing industry best practices. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our software solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA protocols and procedures for software development lifecycle.
• Lead the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for all software products.
• Oversee the entire testing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tests.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and work closely with the development team to prioritize and resolve them.
• Establish and enforce quality standards, including developing metrics for assessing product quality.
• Generate detailed QA reports and documentation to provide insights into product quality and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Products and Services, and Customer Relations, to enhance product quality and performance.
• Mentor and guide QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and QA methodologies to enhance the quality assurance process.
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to software quality and security.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance Engineering, preferably but not mandatory in the finance sector.
• Demonstrated experience in setting up and optimizing QA workflows and processes.
• Proficient in various testing methodologies and types, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Strong knowledge of QA tools, automation frameworks, and testing applications.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
