Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

• Experience: Bring at least five years of expertise in Project Management, showcasing your ability to lead and deliver successful projects.
• Education: Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certification: While not mandatory, a Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation will give you an edge.
• Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in advanced project management tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Communication Skills: Be fluent in both English and Serbian, excelling in verbal and written communication.
• Client Interaction: Thrive in significant client interactions, dedicated to building and maintaining strong, positive relationships.
• Presentation Skills: Confidently present your work to clients through various phases, clearly articulating progress and plans.
