Key requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in coordination and managing teams and projects
- Knowledge in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Client management (Building and Maintaining Relationship)
- People management
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Business Analyses skills
- Scope management
- Familiar with Agile Frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Proficient English
Engagement Description:
- Develops and manages detailed project plans, project schedules, and costs estimate
- Assign and prioritize the work of the team with respect to the goals and objectives of the business
- Monitor the progress of the team, reporting regarding assigned projects
- Ensures the quality and timeliness of the project and the delivered products
- Reporting: Project cost analyses, Project status, KPIs, Project Invoicing, and general document management reports to Senior Project Managers or Division Manager.
