We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage organization of key client projects. Prospective should have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to creatively solve problems and intelligently design solutions.
Day to day challenges:
- Develop and manages detailed project plans, project schedules, and costs estimates
- Monitor the progress of analysis, design, project development, testing, reporting all projects assigned to the team
- Assign and prioritize the work of the team with respect to the goals and objectives of the business
- Ensures the quality and timeliness of the project and the delivered products
- People and Team management
- Reporting: Project cost analyses, Project status, KPIs
Skills set you should possess:
- Project Manager or Scrum Master, with at least 3+ years experience in coordination and managing teams and projects
- Experience with banking or finance projects would be an advantage
- Excellent knowledge in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Familiar with Agile Frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) is an advantage
- Business Awareness
- Client management (Building and Maintaining Relationship)
- Scope management (+ requirements negotiation)
- Excellent English knowledge
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Business Analyses skills
- Conflict/issue resolution skills
