What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate fintech projects involving software development, third-party integrations, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Oversee the execution of work carried out by development teams, ensuring priorities, timelines, and deliverables remain aligned with business objectives.
• Work closely with developers, architects, product, compliance, operations, and leadership to translate requirements into clear project plans and actionable next steps.
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery across technical and non-technical workstreams.
• Track progress across development initiatives, identify blockers early, and drive resolution in a timely and structured manner.
• Help maintain delivery focus, clarity of priorities, and alignment across teams working on complex fintech initiatives.
• Coordinate implementation efforts involving APIs, external service providers, payment-related systems, and other integration-heavy environments.
• Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into project status, key decisions, delivery risks, and next steps.
• Bring structure and accountability to execution in a fast-paced, regulated fintech environment.

Must-Haves

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fintech industry.
• Experience managing projects involving software development teams, technical stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery.
• Strong understanding of fintech environments, including payment systems, digital banking products, KYC/AML-related processes financial operations, regulatory requirements, and third-party dependencies.
• Ability to coordinate technical delivery effectively without needing to be hands-on in development.
• Strong risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Ability to operate effectively across structured and hybrid delivery models, depending on business, regulatory, and technical needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to create structure, drive accountability, and move delivery forward in a pragmatic way.

Nice to Have

• Experience working closely with software engineering teams in Azure, Microservices, API, or integration-heavy environments.
• Familiarity with software delivery lifecycles and release coordination.
• Experience supporting projects involving external vendors, technical integrations, or fintech platform scaling.
• Experience working in international or multi-entity business environments.
