Project Manager – E-commerce Implementation

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the implementation of our new e-commerce and marketplace solutions in Serbia. This role is perfect for a technically minded professional who enjoys managing cross-functional teams and delivering impactful digital projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of e-commerce and marketplace platform implementation.
• Coordinate with IT, marketing, finance, and external vendors.
• Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of technical integrations (ERP, payment systems, etc.).
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks and milestones.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in e-commerce or fintech.
• Technical background (IT, software development, or systems integration experience).
• Familiarity with platforms like Magento, Shopify, or similar systems.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
