About the Role

As our Product Owner, you will own a fintech product area end-to-end - from defining business outcomes to guiding engineering through delivery. You will work closely with Solution Architects, .NET engineering teams, DevOps, QA, and external partners to turn complex requirements into clear, implementable product increments.

This is not a task-management role - you will own product outcomes, shape priorities, and drive value delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Define product vision, outcomes, and measurable success criteria.
• Translate business, regulatory, and operational requirements into clear, structured stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize work based on value, risk, dependencies, and production impact.
• Work with Solution Architect to ensure feasibility, scalability, and compliance of proposed solutions.
• Ensure development teams stay aligned on product goals, priorities, and planned changes.
• Manage dependencies with internal and external partners.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, decisions, and delivered features.
• Support release planning and readiness for production rollout.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in Product Ownership or Product Management (preferably in fintech, banking, payments, or other regulated sectors).
• Strong ability to break down complex financial processes into structured product requirements.
• Experience working with engineering teams on API-driven, microservice-based systems.
• Understanding of compliance-driven product development.
• Excellent communication skills - able to bridge business, architecture, and engineering viewpoints.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity, dependencies, and high-stake production environments.

Nice to Have

• Background in payments, card systems, digital banking, or risk/fraud systems.
• Experience with Azure-based architectures.
• Understanding of event-driven systems and integrations.
