NET CHECK, dedicated to providing high-quality engineering services to the telecommunications industry for more than 20 years, is continuously expanding its global presence outside of its headquarters in Berlin and has recently established a local office in Serbia. We are currently seeking for a Product Manager, to complement our team in Belgrade.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Product Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for managing the development of various products in the telecommunications domain (Mobile networks, Fixed Networks, Crowdsourcing), from concept to production
- Work closely with a small, committed cross-functional development team, engineers and architects
- The role requires a hands-on technical experience with software development and have enough knowledge to engage in topics of radio network & fixed network with technical team & engineers and be able to transfer the requests to developers
- A “can-do” approach, willingness for further improvement and development are required
- You need to ensure excellent stakeholder communication, collect customer requests, analyse requests and build cost and time plan for product development
- Monitoring & control of product development, tracking progress, reporting
- Ensuring product roadmaps are stable and successful
- Work internally as part of the organization’s Engineering team and take an integral role in the development
YOUR PROFILE:
Mandatory Requirements:
- University degree in computer science, electrical/electronic engineering, mathematics
- Team leadership
- 2-4+ year of experience in Product manager role
- Knowledge of software development, software rollout cycle
- Planning and defining product scope
- Planning activity and sequencing
- Developing a budget
- Resource planning
- Time and cost estimation
- Controlling time and cost management
- Documentation
- Creating charts and schedules
- Analysing and managing product risks and issues

- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Optional Requirements:
- Experience or knowledge in telecommunications related fields (fixed and mobile networks), SQL
- Knowledge of Tableau, Power Bi, R
- Additional language (German) is an advantage
