Super is very data-driven, and every team at Super uses data to make key decisions about products, marketing campaigns, user acquisition and retention, key operational metrics, and key financial metrics. As Product Manager for Business Intelligence and Analytics at Super, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering a portfolio of analytics products for both internal and external customers. As the product leader for analytics at Super, you will own the definition and execution of the Analytics Product Roadmap. You will identify and prioritize opportunities for analytics across Super's product and business, and will work closely with the Data Team to realize those opportunities. In short, you will act as a product leader whose ultimate products are business decisions and insights
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the definition and delivery of the product roadmap for a portfolio of analytics, reporting, and BI products, both internal and external.
- Working closely with the Data Team, which includes expert engineers in analytics/BI, machine learning, data science, and data engineering to prioritize opportunities and to deliver on the Analytics Product Roadmap.
- Acting as the product leader working with multiple teams across Super, including not only Product and Engineering, but also Finance, Sales, Operations, and Marketing.
- Thinking about analytics in terms of data governance, analytics processes, metrics and definitions, user experience, and discoverability of analytics.
- Working with multiple leaders and teams across Super to identify opportunities and set expectations for analytics-focused initiatives.
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with significant analytics experience.
- Familiarity and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, and others.
- Experience driving roadmap strategy and prioritization, and end-to-end product delivery.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills. The ability to use data and metrics to validate hypotheses, recommendations, and decisions.
- BA/BS in a statistics, computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or other quantitative field. Master's degree a plus.
- Experience in insuretech or fintech a plus but not required.
- Experience with subscription businesses a strong plus.
