We are hiring Presales Manager.
As a Presales Manager in our Dedicated Solution Sales Team, you will be leading and coordinating resources and operations inside assigned team/s, according to company standards, policies and customer requirements, to ensure delivery of pre-sales services, achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.
The Presales Manager will identify and generate sales opportunities, as well as maintain and expand relationships with customers to grow organization’s revenue while leading presales team. We are looking for a person with strong technical background also sales oriented and strong drive to deliver on own commitments to the customers and peers.
Main accountabilities:
- Lead presales team in Dedicated Solutions (infrastructure, own and 3rd party software & services)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Setting of priorities and planning team activities in order to ensure pre-sales deliverables in accurate and timely manner
- Plan and execute presales and sales process of System Integration solutions (prepare proposals, presentations, cost/benefit analysis, etc.)
- Contributes to technical documents such as proposals, tenders, RFI’s, RFP’s based on specific area of expertise (vendor or solution), in order to support the offering process.
- Gives technical and product guidance to Sales team and prospective clients.
- Coordinates and monitors all Proposal activities within the pre-sales and bid team.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, based on knowledge of customer’s needs
- Keeping up to date with technical and industry sector developments, applying existing and introducing new and approved technologies on a specific area of expertise, hardware or software (assigned vendor or solution).
- Develop new business ideas taking advantage of the group wide experience and Asseco’s innovative product portfolio which address customer needs
We are looking for someone who has:
- 4+ years of successful sales/presales/technical team lead track record in B2B IT market
- System integration background is preferred with successful track record of solution design (infrastructure, own and 3rd party software & services)
- Knowledge of local IT market in Serbia (business environment, market segmentation, customer needs, decision makers, key players and competition)
- Experience of developing and maintaining a sufficient pipeline is preferred experience in leading team is preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as customer focus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from Technical University
- Fluency in English
