Your Tasks as Planning Processes and Databases Expert:

• Maintenance of the resource management tools (work packages, organization structure, hourly rates etc.)
• Support during the rollout of new releases and resource management tool
• Preparation and reworking of training documents
• Leading of cross-reporting automation and optimization projects
• Global connection of R&D locations in a central SAP BW environment and implementation of interfaces to project management and HR systems
• Connection to ZF processes and ensuring that R&D internal requirements are met.
• Cooperation in the establishment of a business intelligence reporting system to provide control information for management
• Responsibility for maintaining, further developing, and troubleshooting the tool landscape
• Close functional collaboration with the corporate controlling and project planning department regarding the above-mentioned topics

Your Profile as Planning Processes and Databases Expert:

• Bachelor’s Degree in industrial engineering, economics, computer science or similar
• Several years of experience in the global introduction and implementation of new systems and processes
• Knowledge of databank systems (e.g. SAP-BW) and SAP-ERP (FI/CO, PPM)
• Strong analytic skills as well as high level of solution orientation; Cooperative and decision-oriented when interacting with the technical (expert) departments, IT and Corporate Controlling
• English language skills as well as excellent computer skills (MS Office, SAP) are a must
