We are currently recruiting for an Oracle EPM Business Consultant to join our team. The objective of this role is to take a consultative approach to implement and deliver Oracle EPM Business Applications products and services, understand and be able to communicate the purpose and capabilities of the Oracle Business Application tools to suggest and implement solutions to business issues.

Objective of the Role:

  • To take the consultant role within the application delivery team for Oracle cloud portfolio (primary Oracle EPM)
  • The right person will provide effective delivery of consultancy, through the quality of implementation and delivery and knowledge of business processes.
  • Be a team player working closely with other members of service delivery, i.e. System Engineers and other Consultants and Developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consulting - Effectively provide consultative guidance and assistance directly to users of EPM products in a professional and organized manner in accordance with the project implementation methodology in place. These activities include also presales activities (such as product demonstrations and presentations) and supporting the sales team.
  • Business process analysis - Documenting ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ business process within accurate and detailed scoping documents in accordance with the project implementation methodology in place. Utilize his/her own knowledge/experience and problem-solving skills to creatively resolve complex issues and choose the best course of action, communicate “best practice” recommendations based on his/her prior experiences, and effectively troubleshoot and solve client issues caused by unique client circumstances or software specific. Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the design satisfies the requirements.
  • Product configuration and customization - Provide Application setup and design, system analysis, report design, conversion, and interface mapping consulting.
  • End user training - Prepare all appropriate training materials and documentation before conducting training sessions, making sure that all training tools are in working order and available and meet the client’s requirements. The consultant must be able to successfully provide “hands on” exercises and training segments; requiring guidance through specific scenarios and adding his/her own experiences and opinions.
  • Quality Assurance & Documentation

Knowledge and Expertise:

  • 3+ years of project experience and 2+ years of business consulting experience
  • Experience (worked with) ERP software products (preferably: worked for implementation or support of Oracle products (Oracle E-Business Suite, Fusion Financials, JD Edwards or PeopleSoft);
  • Good understanding of the Financial Management/Accounting areas (especially GL, AP, AR, CF);
  • Good understanding of Oracle or similar cloud solutions;
  • Experience of working on full life cycle implementations of business applications (EPM portfolio)
  • Experience of providing pre-sales demonstrations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes in accordance with the “best practice” in particular business
  • Ability to create high-quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
  • Experience in implementation or working with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM or FCCS) and/or Hyperion Planning (HP or PBCS) will be considered as an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience developing HFM applications including defining metadata consolidation methods, rules, data forms, intercompany eliminations, process management and user provisioning in oracle EPM will be a huge advantage
  • Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Reporting and SmartView will be considered as an advantage

    Zamerke kompaniji:

    Nezdrava kompetitivna atmosfera koja se forsira sa vrha, odnos menadzmenta prema radnicima je feudalnog tipa (zamera se od nacina sedenja u stolici do nedovoljnog "buljenja u monitor"), ogovaranje i tracarenje od strane menadzera (prati se sta imas na monitoru , kad izlazis na pauzu i koliko si se zadrzao...), radi se obavezno na vise projekata, jako stresno... Projekti za domaće klijente jako dosadni i birokratski ali firmi je to glavni izvor prihoda.
