POSTION SUMMARY:
As part of the ATM As A Service team this key resource is leading a team responsible to maintain and support the ATM operations for several European customers.
In this role the Operations Manager will ensure all the solutions are running smoothly and our customers are receiving the quality of service NCR committed to deliver to them. It requires to have the ability to work in a fast-paced, exciting and globally distributed environment. Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, optimizing and improving our systems while working with both local and remote resources.
The job requires to have strong background in Information Technology (IT) management with knowledge of data center operations, virtual platforms, network and security, compliance and managing staff.
OPERATIONS MANAGER RESPONSIBILITY:
- Collaborate with team for all infrastructure related topics.
- Create and maintain Standard Operation Process documentation for support resources.
- Control and report on SLA measurements.
- Ensure security and compliance in relationship with Security Officer
- Supporting regular audits (Internal, PCI DSS, ISO).
- Manage application life cycles.
- Propose on-going changes to optimize effectiveness.
- Managing and providing direction for the Operations team with different domain specialists (Windows, database, network, …).
- Managing IT staff by recruiting, training, coaching, feedback, performance appraisals
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of experience in IT with 5 years of IT management experience.
- Knowledge of Cloud services provider platforms (AWS, Azure platforms).
- Knowledge of server, storage, network and virtualization platforms.
