Join our team as a Node.js Backend Developer and help us build the future of ESG reporting and decarbonization solutions. You'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, working on cutting-edge tech stacks.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and optimize backend services, APIs, and server infrastructure that support our multi-platform ESG reporting and decarbonization tool.
- Build scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code in a test-driven and agile environment.
- Contribute to the organization of our codebase, source repositories, and CI/CD pipeline.
- Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, analytics, and performance tracking. * Ensure backend services are secure, performant, and production-ready.
- Participate in peer code reviews and help maintain code quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js in a production environment.
- Experience with serverless architecture (AWS Lambda).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and scalable backend architectures.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices design principles.
- Experience working in Agile teams and with CI/CD tools.
- Strong debugging, testing, and performance tuning skills.
- Passion for clean, well-documented, and reusable code.
Bonus Points for Experience with ESG, Sustainability, or Climate Tech Platforms.
