Next.js Developer

Role Overview

As a Next.js Developer, you will contribute to building modern, high-performance web applications using React and Next.js. You’ll work closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams to create reliable, responsive, and user-friendly digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, performant web applications using React and Next.js.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured JavaScript and TypeScript code.
• Build responsive and accessible user interfaces based on UI/UX designs.
• Integrate and consume REST APIs and work with backend services.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
• Optimize applications for performance, usability, and maintainability.
• Use Git and GitFlow as part of the development workflow.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, QA, and product teams.
• Follow modern frontend development practices and continuously improve technical skills.

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of profesional Experience with React and Next.js.
• Practical experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience integrating and working with APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and GitFlow workflows.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow as a developer.

Nice to Have

• Experience with testing, such as unit testing or Cypress.
• Understanding of authentication and security concepts.
• Basic knowledge of databases and data modeling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and development automation.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Familiarity with accessibility and SEO principles.
• Previous experience working on production web applications.
