Motion Designer / Video Content Creator

We’re looking for a Motion Designer / Video Content Creator with a strong focus on animation and video production to join our in-house Performance Marketing team.

If you enjoy bringing visuals to life through motion, storytelling, and creative video editing — this role is for you.

You’ll be working on a wide range of marketing video projects, including social media ads, promo materials for conferences and events, and animated content for clients and internal campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create animated videos, motion graphics, and 2D promotional content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Develop video content for conferences and events — from animated intros and explainers to branded motion pieces.
• Use AI tools to generate visuals and integrate them into video or animation workflows.
• Actively contribute to creative brainstorms and bring fresh ideas for engaging video storytelling.
• Collaborate with other animators and designers, providing feedback and guidance on motion projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in motion design, video animation, or video content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (other Adobe tools are a plus).
• Strong understanding of animation principles — timing, spacing, rhythm, and visual flow.
• Solid sense of composition, color, and typography.
• Experience working with AI image generators and prompt crafting for creative results.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop and execute original video ideas.
• English language proficiency (B2 level or higher).
• Portfolio required — include examples of animated videos, motion graphics, and 2D work.

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D software (Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D…).
• Awareness of marketing and social media trends in video content.
• Interest in AI tools and emerging creative tech.
