As a 24/7 Monitoring Engineer, you will be responsible for continuously monitoring IT systems, identifying and reporting potential issues in a timely manner, and helping maintain the stability and availability of our services.

In this role, you will monitor critical systems around the clock, respond promptly to incidents, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure the uninterrupted operation of our infrastructure and the highest level of service for our customers.

 Job description:

• First line response to IT related requests from the clients.
• Following up realization of support request in timely manner.
• Proactively monitor and respond to events and incidents in the software and network monitoring systems-
• Prompt reaction to unsolved issues and redirecting them to appropriate company resource-
• Follow defined processes and procedures.
• Accurately process and record customers’ communication.
• Participation in creating processes, procedures and instructions.
• Prepare information, reports and analyses from the field of work.

Job requirements:

• Formal education in IT.
• Excellent written and oral English skills.
• Good understanding of working with virtualization technologies.
• Good understanding and knowledge of Linux and/or Microsoft based software/work environment.
• Understanding banking technology and processes.   

Skills:

• Resourcefulness in problem solving.
• Strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to clearly document and articulate technical issues in English.
• Must demonstrate a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work closely with peers and other teams.

 Nice to have:

• Experience in providing remote customer IT support.
• Previous relevant experience of 1 year.
• Working knowledge of IT system fundamentals and system management tasks.
