For our expert team in LTE/UMTS/GSM Optimization, we are currently seeking for engineers to complement our team in Belgrade.
Mobile Network QA and Analysis Engineer
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform root cause analysis for Call Drops, Failures and all bad events for different operators
- Monitoring and comparison of KPIs for LTE/UMTS/GSM technologies
- Verification of collected drive test benchmark results
- Focus on reporting patterns and optimization potentials
- Collect and analyze customer requirements for various testing
- Interface with all levels of management and collaborate with other groups
- Undertake networks performance improvement (KPIs) and optimization tasks
- Actively support Optimization efforts for different projects
YOUR PROFILE:
- University Degree in IT, Telecommunication or other related Engineering;
- Knowledge in Mobile Networks technologies, TCP/IP protocols, signaling interfaces and procedures, Legacy core knowledge
- Data visualization experience or understanding is an advantage
- Fluent English in spoken and writing, additional language is an advantage (German)
- Optional: Programming skills in Python, C++, SQL queries
- Experience is not a must, willingness to learn and grow with the company is
