For our expert team in LTE/UMTS/GSM Optimization, we are currently seeking for engineers to complement our team in Belgrade.

Mobile Network QA and Analysis Engineer

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform root cause analysis for Call Drops, Failures and all bad events for different operators
• Monitoring and comparison of KPIs for LTE/UMTS/GSM technologies
• Verification of collected drive test benchmark results
• Focus on reporting patterns and optimization potentials
• Collect and analyze customer requirements for various testing
• Interface with all levels of management and collaborate with other groups
• Undertake networks performance improvement (KPIs) and optimization tasks
• Actively support Optimization efforts for different projects

YOUR PROFILE:

• University Degree in IT, Telecommunication or other related Engineering;
• Knowledge in Mobile Networks technologies, TCP/IP protocols, signaling interfaces and procedures, Legacy core knowledge
• Data visualization experience or understanding is an advantage
• Fluent English in spoken and writing, additional language is an advantage (German)
• Optional: Programming skills in Python, C++, SQL queries
• Experience is not a must, willingness to learn and grow with the company is
