Mid Level Front End Web Developer
Remote Position
Our team is seeking for a talented and passionate remote front-end web developer to manage our current web presence, build interactive single page applications and advance our web properties. You will be working in a fast paced environment in a small, but agile, team collaborating with UI/UX designers, projects manages and other stakeholders.
For this position, we require the following skillset:
- Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 & JavaScript
- Experience in working with JavaScript libraries, such as jQuery
- Experience in working with JavaScript frameworks, such as VueJS
- Comprehension of both on-page and off-page SEO
- Capable of implementing naming conventions, such as BEM or SMACCS
- Experience working with CSS frameworks, such as Bootstrap
- Remaining up-to-date with the latest best practices and indsutry standards
- Capable of working in a fast paced and agile team environment
- Extreme attention to detail
- Experience working in a team environment with project managers and designers
- Experience with 3rd Party API implementations
- Experience with using the linux command line and working with linux distributions, such as Ubuntu
- Experience with Git (Version Control)
- Experience working with Content Management Systems
Other requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a front-end developer
- Portfolio of your latest works and accomplishments
- Code samples to verify your code and functional quality
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work within Central Standard Time (CST) business hours, which is is 7 hours apart from GMT+2. Example: 3 PM CST is 10 PM GMT+2 (Serbia). Minimum overlap of 6 hours is required.
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Ability to use Ubuntu as your Operating System or as a partition
