About the Role
We are looking for a talented, dedicated, seasoned full-stack software engineer to join our team. Joining us means being part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation, collaboration, and quality. You will have the chance to work with the latest technologies and shape solutions that impact the global construction market.
Your Role Would Include:
- Work on the design, development, and delivery of new functionalities of cloud-based solutions.
- Demonstrate analytical and logical thinking by solving complex technical problems.
- Communicate and collaborate with engineering leads, product owners, and team members.
- Take strong ownership over the developed software functionalities, ensuring accountability for quality, performance, and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
- Participate actively in code reviews and mentoring younger colleagues.
- Be passionate about customer experience and customer flow.
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines or equivalent practical experience in the software engineering industry.
- 3+ years of work experience in software development.
- Experience with one or more programming languages including, but not limited to: C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node JS, C++.
- Experience with databases like SQL or Mongo DB.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Fluency in Serbian or Croatian language.
- Fluency in English language.
- Qualifications that will be considered as plus:
- Strong experience in Angular frontend development.
- Previous experience in developing software solutions for the construction industry.
- Good knowledge of geometry and libraries for working with it.
- Familiarity with CI/CD systems (e.g., Azure DevOps) and working with PowerShell.
- Proficiency in other world languages (German, Spanish, French, etc.).
