Medior Software Engineer – Business Process & DMS Implementation

We are looking for a Medior Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of software solutions within BPM (Business Process Management) and DMS (Document Management System) environments.

The role is focused on developing software solutions, complex scripts, custom modules (custom DLLs), components and integration solutions. You will participate in the technical design of solutions, integrations with other information systems, performance optimization, testing and the technical implementation of complete project components.

We are looking for a developer who can independently take ownership of assigned development tasks, solve technical challenges and deliver reliable and maintainable solutions, while working closely with senior developers and other members of the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Independently develop software solutions and integrations of medium to high complexity.

·         Develop and implement complex scripts, custom modules, custom DLLs and software components.

·         Participate in the technical design and implementation of software solutions.

·         Develop integrations between BPM/DMS systems and other information systems.

·         Work with APIs and different data exchange mechanisms.

·         Test implemented solutions and troubleshoot technical issues.

·         Optimize the performance, stability and reliability of software solutions.

·         Analyze technical requirements and contribute to selecting appropriate implementation approaches.

·         Participate in the technical implementation of complete project components.

·         Collaborate with senior developers, technical leads, consultants and other project team members.

·         Follow development, security, quality and maintainability standards.

Responsibilities & Ownership

The Medior Software Engineer is responsible for the technical correctness, reliability, security and maintainability of the software and integration solutions they develop and implement, as well as for the quality and timely delivery of assigned development tasks.

Requirements:

·         2–3+ years of professional software development experience.

·         Knowledge of .NET / C# technologies.

·         Good understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

·         Experience developing business applications and software components.

·         Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

·         Understanding of system integration concepts and practices.

·         Experience working with REST/SOAP services and data formats such as JSON and XML.

·         Ability to independently analyze problems and identify appropriate technical solutions.

·         Understanding of software testing, debugging and performance optimization.

·         Ability to work on complex business applications and integration projects.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Responsible, systematic and team-oriented approach to work.

Nice to Have:

·         Experience working with BPM and/or DMS systems.

·         Experience developing custom DLLs and other custom software components.

·         Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL or Oracle.

·         Knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies.

·         Experience working on enterprise software solutions.
