Together we are building up a team and looking for a:
Manufacturing Business System Analyst
to join our team and help us to solve business/system challenges through leading discovery, information gathering and data analysis efforts.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop the business case in a phase based approach together with all involved stakeholders.
- Requirements gathering, specification development, and execution through interviews, workflow analysis and/or facilitated discussions with others.
- Develop and maintain a working relationship and understanding of business operations and system interfaces throughout the company.
- Serves as the primary liaison between Business engagement manager (BEM), SME’s, Service managers and assigned business functional areas.
- Evaluating business needs, research and perform impact analysis of new requirements or changes.
- Gathers, analyses, and reports on data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and architect business solutions that leverage ERP capabilities.
- Documents business processes and/or system functionality. Develops and maintains the corporate knowledge.
- Strives to determine root cause of problems, support with process driven documents identifying resolutions and coordinates fixes through completion.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar.
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution System / Manufacturing Operation Management.
- Experience with SixSigma.
- Process related tools such as ARIS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS-Project and MS-Teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Critical thinking, analytical skills, and systematic approach.
- Fluency in both Serbian and English.
