The position holder is responsible to lead the SAP Supply Chain Management team. In the SCM solution area this person is responsible to plan and implement changes on requests from the business to improve and support the business processes with a proper reporting. Beside this leading and supporting projects in the SCM solution area, and to assure that the systems are up to date and plan the updates and releases according the software maintenance plans. Finally, to support the SCM solutions with a team and train Key- and End-users.
Your responsibilities:
- To lead the SAP SCM team including also external Consultants.
- To plan and implement changes and bugfixes with to the team assigned resources.
- To lead and support projects in the area of the SCM including the coordination of the system upgrades together with the SAP Supply Chain team
- To manage and to provide the support for the SCM Solution area
- To developing the Skills of the team members
- To Improve the reporting and support the business processes in the SCM solution area
- To organize and provide internal and external trainings in the solution area
- To support Key- and End user
Your profile:
To fulfil this position successfully, your qualifications must include:
- University degree in IT or similar education
- 3-5 years of experience in team management
- 3-5 years of experience in project management
- 5-10 years of experience in SCM Solution design and implementation
- Good communication (writing and speaking) and presentation skills
- Good organization skills to handle multiple tasks with internal and external partners
