Lead Consultant (Treasury and Payments)

We are hiring multiple experienced Lead Consultants in Belgrade, Serbia to support major financial transformation programs across Trading & Asset Services, Treasury & Risk, and Payments. Key skills:

• Lead end-to-end delivery across either of Trading & Asset Services, Treasury & Risk, or Payments
• Expertise in Reconciliation, Back Office, Market Risk, Credit Risk, ALM, Liquidity, Payment Hub, or ISO20022
• Gather requirements, run client workshops, and define business / technical solutions
• Drive implementation, configuration, integration, and rollout of enterprise platforms
• Experience with IntelliMatch, Murex, Calypso, Temenos, Finastra, or Kyriba preferred
• Strong knowledge of APIs, SWIFT, ISO20022, XML/JSON, SQL, reconciliation, and troubleshooting
• Manage DEV / SIT / UAT / PROD environments and release cycles
• Work with stakeholders, architects, engineering, QA, and DevOps teams
• Support testing, go-live, hypercare, and continuous improvement
