Klaviyo Campaign & CRM Specialist Junior

Hey there!

We're looking for a new team member to join Limitless Design Lab in Novi Sad.

If you're interested in email marketing, enjoy working with data, and want to learn more about Klaviyo, this could be a great opportunity for you.

You don't need to know everything from day one. We're open to candidates with little or moderate experience, as long as you're motivated, organized, and willing to learn.

What you'll be doing:

• Klaviyo Campaign & Flow Management
  - Creating and optimizing email campaigns and automated flows
  - Updating existing email sequences
  - Segmenting audiences and maintaining email lists
  - Monitoring campaign performance and suggesting improvements
  
  
• Audits & Optimization
  - Reviewing existing Klaviyo accounts
  - Identifying opportunities for improvement
  - Preparing simple audits and recommendations for clients
  
  
• Lead Research
  - Building and maintaining lead lists
  - Researching potential clients and collecting relevant information
  - Organizing and updating lead databases
  
  
• Collaboration
  - Working closely with account managers to understand client goals
  - Collaborating with designers on email templates
  - Partnering with copywriters to create effective email campaigns

What we're looking for:

- Basic experience with Klaviyo or another email marketing platform (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Omnisend, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (English and Serbian)
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Experience with e-commerce or email marketing is a plus
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus, but it's not required
