For our expert team in 5G/4G/3G/2G Optimization, we are currently seeking for engineers to complement our team in Belgrade.  

Junior RNO Engineer

YOUR TASKTASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive-test voice and data log analysis and failure classification,
• Verification and validation of drive-test data,
• Support optimization efforts for various projects,
• Monitoring and comparison of KPIs,
• Collect and analyze customer requirements,
• Customer report creations,
• Interface with all levels of management and collaborate with other groups,
• Participating in providing recommendations for network optimization improvements.

YOUR PROFILE:

• University Degree in IT, Telecommunication or other related Engineering,
• Analysis of drive test data and recommendations,
• Basic knowledge of Network Performance (KPI) based on Field Drive Test Measurements,
• Fluent English in spoken and writing, additional language is an advantage (German),

Optional:

• Programming skills in Python, C++
• Handling of SQL queries
• Experience is not a must, willingness to learn and grow with the company is.
