NOTE:
- A high/native level of proficiency in English is a must (C1/C2)!
- Work hours 6:00 am EST - 8:30 pm EST coverage and weekend oversight (in shifts) (12:00 - 02:30 CET)
What you will be doing:
- Oversee day-to-day activities of an infrastructure/server team and ensure team members and projects are progressing according to pre-established delivery timelines.
- Manage expectations of the Management/Senior team and answer questions from the Management/Senior team with coordination with the Infrastructure/Server team lead/members.
- Monitor all the essential communication channels (mail, slack, skype, etc.) for requests for/from Server Team
- Track all projects and tasks in current task/project management systems.
- Closely track critical milestones to make sure projects are completed timely. Make reports for overdue tasks.
- Create and post tasks/projects progress reports for the Management/Senior team
- Keep the Infrastructure/Server team task/project management systems & tools up to date
- Organize meetings, both daily internal standup with the team and external parties/vendors when needed.
- Schedule infrastructure maintenance and updates with internal stakeholders (Management/Senior Team)
- Develop and maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders & external vendors
- Keep track and renew in due time all active licenses and subscriptions (Okta, OpenVPN, Microsoft, Veeam, VMware, etc.)
- Vendor contact & offers for purchase of additional equipment, delivery tracking, and management.
- Assisting with creating/tracking and removing users from various systems (Gmail Suite, Okta, Internal Portal)
- Adding users/emails to GSuite, SmarterMail, etc.
- Coordinating tasks from management & internal team to the infrastructure/server team
- Keeping documentation tracks up to date (MasterDoc and others)
- Support internal team with Okta, VPN, and Portal issues
- Organize other ad hoc tasks
- Keep communication flow between internal stakeholders and the team
- Make and keep constant track of the Team schedule of who is online/on-call and when and call them in case of issues/outages
- Submit tickets to external platforms and keep them up to date, organize calls with external support teams and vendors
- Take ownership of compliance tasks making sure logs are being reviewed, users being audited, etc., on a regular basis.
- Escalate issues when needed to Team Lead/Manager
- Ability to respond to emergency requests after hours on a limited basis.

Full time: 40hrs + Weekend oversight
Monthly Salary Range (after the 3 months probationary period) - $750 - $1500
