Key Responsibilities:
- Administering of users and computers in Active Directory and O365
- Supporting of End Users – hardware and software (in-person and remotely)
- Administering of applications on computers and servers
- Maintaining hardware/software inventories
- Collaborating with other IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Technologies or a related field
- Basic knowledge of MS Active Directory, O365, Windows 7/10, Windows Servers, MS Office and networking is a strong advantage
- Capability to learn new IT systems quickly
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good level of English
