- Answer and manage incoming calls and emails
- Creating and managing tickets from end-users
- Hardware administration – receive, setup and manage laptops, printers and more
- End-user administration – align user account parameters to match internal standards
- Project activities – you run punctual project tasks in the Service Desk domain on request
- Good at keeping an overview
- Possess the ability to make others understand complex IT matters
- Have a big drive and desire to test yourself
- The ability to work in cross-functional and cross-cultural environment
- Smiling, open-minded and have positive life approach
- You might be fresh out of your study, or have some years experience with IT support
- Feeling at home with Windows and MAC and have knowledge of Linux
- Knowledge of Google products such as the g-suite is a plus
- You speak and write English effortlessly
