To expand our Application Services, Development & Maintenance Team at our TX Services site in Belgrade, we are currently looking for a smart, talented and dedicated Junior Atlassian Engineer.

Your responsibilities:

• Configuring and managing Atlassian Jira and Confluence
• Troubleshooting problems and managing escalations of customer issues with Atlassian services, including developing documentation and training materials
• Monitor ticketing systems and address issues in a timely manner, which may require extensive research and meetings with users to determine solutions

Your qualifications:

• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Analytical and focused on details
• Eagerness to learn and progress
• Loves working in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to become a companion of a big and a diverse team
• Fluency in English
