What you'll do
As a member of the Global Services Unit, you will be a part of a creative team responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification to developing, testing, and launching. Your focus will be to write C# to a high standard in a timely and scalable way that improves the code in meaningful ways. Also, as Devtech is focused on learning and development, you will be expected to participate in company-wide efforts and promote security, quality, and knowledge-sharing culture across the company. In this position, you will report to your engineering team lead.
- Applying best practices, design patterns, and cutting-edge technologies of web development;
- Writing testable, well designed, efficient code by using best software development practices;
- Executing full lifecycle software development with a focus on security, quality, and knowledge sharing;
- Participating in technical design and code reviews;
- Interpreting design requirements and concepts to produce new or enhanced application functionalities;
- Mentoring and guiding junior developers.
What you'll need
- 1+ years of hands-on professional experience with C#, .NET framework
- Knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles and Unit testing
- Knowledge of SQL, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Web API
- Knowledge of Angular 2+ or React is a plus
- Understanding of CI/CD is a plus
- Knowledge AWS or Azure is a plus
- Excellent command of the English language
