Java Tech Lead

You will:

• Develop innovative software solutions for a prominent Swiss bank
• Work on the investment banking backend platform from the scratch
• Be involved in choosing the most suitable technology stack for the project
• Closely collaborate with Software Architect in order to create a common technical vision
• Act as a technical and business subject matter expert for the developers and project stakeholders
• Build reusable code for future use
• Conduct code reviews and deliver constructive feedback for clean coding standards

You have:

• 5 years of experience in web application development
• Excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and core Java programming language
• Experience in leading the technical direction of a team and project
• High quality awareness and broad technical know how
• Fully assimilated agile framework
• Design pattern knowledge
• Passion to deliver high quality code
• Demonstrated interest in finance and business
• Ability to work effectively in a team and mentor/educate other team members
• Ability to set realistic schedules and manage on-time completion of tasks
• University degree in computer sciences (or equivalent)
• Good spoken and written English skills
