This is a role based in our Novi Sad office.
As an Integration Support Engineer, you’ll support clients in integrating our fiscal software into their systems and guide them through successful implementation and certification.
This is not a help desk role — it’s a technical, client-facing position that plays a key part in successful solution adoption and compliance. You'll work closely with clients, developers, legal teams, and sales to ensure smooth integration and rollout of our solutions.
If you have strong technical knowledge, understand how POS/ERP systems work, and enjoy working directly with clients, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Integration & Certification Support
Help clients integrate our fiscal solution into their POS/ERP systems, resolve technical challenges, and guide them through local certification processes to ensure full legal compliance. - Client Communication & Technical Guidance
Maintain regular contact with clients through meetings, workshops, and calls to provide hands-on support, answer technical questions, review specifications, and offer guidance throughout the implementation process. - Solution Validation & Functional Approval
Verify the solution's functionality before certification or production release, and review client-prepared functional specifications to ensure alignment with fiscal and technical requirements. - Product Presentations & Webinars
Present new features and solutions to clients and internal teams, participate in webinars, and support technical knowledge transfer through clear and confident communication. - Sales & Marketing Support
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to prepare technical materials, support pre-sales activities, and ensure accurate representation of the solution. - Internal Collaboration & Feedback Loop
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams (development, legal, QA), sharing insights and feedback to improve product development and keep the roadmap aligned with client needs. 
Who We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical position (integration, implementation, technical consulting, or B2B support)
 - Understanding of POS/ERP systems and system integration processes
 - Knowledge of REST, XML, JSON, SQL, and basic software architecture
 - Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
 - Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical users
 
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with fiscalization or software used in regulated industries
 - Involvement in certification processes or legal compliance-related projects
 - Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
