Information Security Officer

We are seeking a talented Information Security Officer to join our Information Security team. In this role, you will contribute to developing and maintaining Acolin's information security strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting incident response efforts. If you have a solid foundation in cybersecurity, risk management, and IT security practices, we’d love to hear from you. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Security Strategy Support: Assist in the creation and maintenance of information security policies, standards, and guidelines. Contribute to the enterprise information security program to align with organizational goals.
• Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in our IT infrastructure and data. Work with the DevSecOps team to develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Compliance and Auditing: Help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to information access, security, and privacy. Participate in regular security audits to ensure adherence to established policies.
• Incident Response: Play an active role in responding to information security incidents, minimizing impact and supporting recovery efforts. Contribute to maintaining and refining the incident response plan.
• Security Awareness and Training: Assist in developing and delivering security and privacy awareness training to educate employees on the importance of protecting sensitive information.
• Vendor and Third-Party Risk Management: Evaluate and monitor the security aspects of third-party vendors, ensuring they meet our security standards.
• Internal Controls: Support the establishment, monitoring, and adjustment of internal IT security controls, and report any deficiencies to the Information Security team.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Relevant experience in information security, risk management, and IT security practices.
• Certifications: Professional certifications in information security (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, etc.).
• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud platforms.
• DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for efficient software development and deployment.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within the team and across departments.
• Expertise: Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, standards, and best practices.
