IT Systems & Client Expert

We have partnered with Bizerba, a global leader in weighing, slicing, and labeling technologies, in the search for an IT Systems & Client Expert for their new production facility in Valjevo.

With over 150 years of tradition and innovation, Bizerba is known worldwide for providing high-quality solutions to clients across the food industry, retail, and logistics sectors. The company is now expanding its footprint in Serbia with a new manufacturing plant, marking a significant strategic investment in the region.

Tasks:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure in production and warehouse settings to ensure operating viability for all hours of operation
• Modernize all IT systems, including PLCs and external machines
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of external software
• Adapt to new software, operating systems, and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Utilize Microsoft management tools (AD, AAD, Entra, SCCM, Intune) to manage and secure IT assets
• Installation of computer clients for office and factory and provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issue
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures through evaluation of systems, permissions, and security patches
• Analyzes processes and makes suggestions for improvements
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure in a production and warehouse environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft management tools (AD, AAD, Entra, SCCM, Intune).
• Knowledge in PowerShell Scripting for automation in client and server environments
• Experience with software deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Fluent in English
