IT System Administrator / Help desk (f/m/x)
Your mission:
- End User support: Windows 10/11
- Ensures functioning of MS Server – client (DHCP, File Server, Print Server, DC)
- Coordinates proper maintaining of network architecture and technologies (AlcatelLucent, WiFi, Firewall Fortinet)
- Responsible for uninterrupted functioning of VOIP
- Understanding of production processes and systems
- First point of contact for maintenance of physical and technical systems, protection and CCTV
- Regular use of virtualization technologies
Your profile:
- Bachelor degrees, preferably technical orientation
- Willingness to develop these skills on the job
- Advanced knowledge of English language
- Strong interpersonal skills and confident to work in an international environment
- Accurate and structured working style with strong organisational skills
