Joorney specializes in the creation of immigration and commercial business plans and documents such as investment studies, pitch decks, and financial models. The majority of our services are provided to clients operating or aiming to operate in the North American and Australian markets.
You will join a team that consists of more than 140 people in our offices in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Niš, Banja Luka, and Skopje. As a part of our Business Support team, you will provide continuous technical (IT) support to all colleagues located in the above-mentioned cities or working remotely.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications will be beneficial
- Proven experience in providing technical support in a professional environment
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating system, and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical end-users
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to employees regarding computer systems, software applications, and hardware devices online or in person
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues by troubleshooting problems and implementing effective solutions
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, including operating systems and software applications
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, system backups, and security checks to ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and networks
- Collaborate with the VP of Business Support to coordinate and implement system upgrades, patches, and new software installations
- Create and maintain technical documentation, such as user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles, to facilitate employees’ self-help and problem resolution
- Maintain inventory and asset management of hardware and software resources
Work Conditions:

- Office work with an option of 50 days of remote work during the year
- Beginning each work day at any time between 10h and 12h
- Willingness to travel and spend time in our other locations – Novi Sad, Niš, Banja Luka, and Skopje
