To support our business growth, we are looking for a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our dynamic international team.
As the first line of defense, the IT Support Technician will be responsible for resolving technical issues and providing the necessary support to maintain productivity throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Testing new software features and making sure they meet user requirements.
- Comprehensive training of end users on the functionality and optimal use of the new software.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, operating systems, network components, and peripherals.
- Integration of printers and scanners into a network environment.
- Timely resolution of service issues and customer requests to minimize disruption.
- Effective troubleshooting techniques for solving technical problems.
- Setting up and configuring accounts for new users,
- Checking the correctness of printers, copiers, etc.
- Control of the correctness of the video surveillance system
Required skills and expertise:
- High school- preferable information technology (IT) orientation.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in similar jobs
- Experience or knowledge in administering various network concepts: e-mails, firewalls, client-servers, network security, network protocols, etc.
- Experience in maintaining and repairing PCs and printers
- Problem-solving attitude
- Knowledge of Network fundamentals
- Good verbal and written English
