• Provides technical support to employees and supports clients in troubleshooting
• Local support for Bosch Group central services
• Installation of computer equipment, printers, mobile phones and support in their use
• Execution and coordination of IT projects
• Technical administration

• Minimum IV degree (school of technical sciences)
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Knowledge of English language
• Computer skills (hardware and software troubleshooting, configuring Windows-based technology)
• Knowledge of networks and servers
• Communication skills
• Commitment to meeting customer requirement
