Key Responsibilities
- Development, implementation and improvement of IT business systems and applications
- Integration of applications into existing infrastructure and architecture
- Realization of technical testing and control of the testing process by key and end users
- Participation in the creation of technical / project specifications / documentation
- Participation in the work of expert teams for the implementation of new and upgrading of existing solutions within the IT system;
- Support for business users and processes in the field of IT systems, HelpDesk
- Monitoring the daily work of business users in the production environment
- Organization and participation in user training to work on systems
- Applies company standards, develops operational procedures and practices, including providing written protocols and procedures to IT staff and end users;
- Ensures the creation and maintenance of written documentation, including system and user manuals, licensing and documentation of changes and upgrades;
- Provides IT support for employees;
Key Qualifications/Requirements
- VI or VII degree, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Science (Informatics), FON
Additional Information
- Active knowledge of English
- Knowledge of C# programming language, SQL queries and working with databases, (MSSQL Server)
- Basic understanding of MES systems
- Desirable knowledge of working in SAP and Microsoft SharePoint
- Understanding the concept of virtualization, an advantage in knowing VMware vSphere
- Good knowledge of network security, Voice and WiFi (CISCO)
- Computer skills (higher level) - software and hardware
