IT Software Licensing Manager

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Information Systems
• Minimum 1 of relevant working experience
• Detailed knowledge of software publisher license models (Microsoft, Oracle, etc.)
• Knowledge of asset management tools desirable (SAM2GO, SNOW, PTC CREO, etc.)
• Fluency in English

Main responsibilities:

• Support, manage and administer contracts for software and application services and products
• Ensure that asset management solution can accurately count the software license deployments across all desktops, laptops, network devices and servers
• Confirm license requirements and obtain approvals for software purchases
• Identify potential cost savings opportunities related to software and support costs
• Implement processes to ensure proactive audit readiness
• Ability to translate licensing terms in Contracts / Licensing Agreements
