IT Service Specilist 

Duties:

• Local Infrastructure-management for hardware, software, printing, mobile phones,
• You take care for the network including WLAN; LAN, Wi-Fi,
• The management of users and licenses belongs is your task,
• Security-management,
• Support on local IT related problems and solve those independently,
• Support infrastructure changes supervised by headquarter IT,
• Coordination of external providers and suppliers,
• Escalate difficult topics to external partners or headquarter IT.

Personal Profile:

• Complete IT related vocational training or IT studies,
• Experience in IT service tasks for industrial companies,
• Knowledge in general IT-Infrastructure topics,
• Basic Microsoft ActiveDirectory,
• Basic Microsoft 365 skills,
• Networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.),
• Organizational talent that always keeps an overview and structured way of working,
• Ability to mediate between different parties,
• High degree of independence and commitment,
• Very good language skills in English is required.
