IT Service Desk Supervisor
Belgrade
Main responsibilities:
- Strategic and day-to-day management of all aspects of Service Desk operations (according to ITIL)
- Organizing first line support for all systems used inside the bank
- Escalation to second line support and follow up of all reported problems
- Status reporting for ongoing issues, projects, weekly and monthly reports related to system monitoring
- Communicating with Vendors and assisting them in production issues troubleshooting for core banking applications
- Reviewing patches and scripts provided from Vendors and approving them for further UAT testing or Production environment promotions
- Organizing bug fixes and projects roll outs (Creating High Level plans)
- Organizing readiness tests on Production environments
- Advising about testing scenarios that should be used on readiness tests
- User access rights management
- Change management
Requirements:
- At least 3 year experience
- University Degree in Computer Science, Informatics and Electronics
- Knowledge of SQL Structured Query Language is an advantage
- Knowledge of ITIL framework is an advantage
- Team leader skills
