Semaphore is looking for an IT Recruiter to join our growing People team. You will partner directly with leadership team and make critical hires across our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.

As a Recruiter, you will be empowered to build partnerships with candidates in an effort to drive engagement for Semaphore's growing team. On a day to day basis, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top-notch talent, and helping us build our software solution platform.

You will join a diverse and international team distributed across Europe and the Americas. At the moment we require people to work from a location of at least 4 hrs overlap with 9 - 5 pm CET.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with People team in building out a holistic approach to hiring, developing and retaining talent
- Manage full-cycle hiring process from sourcing through call screening and reference checking to close, ensuring best possible candidate's experience.
- Conduct initial screening of candidates and interviews via Zoom.
- Schedule interviews on behalf of Hiring Managers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and their teams to help them navigate the recruiting process. You’ll help them make informed and thoughtful hiring decisions.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated with the company (set up new accounts, ordering equipment)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with active and passive candidates
- Collect the feedback from hiring managers and candidates to help us to improve our hiring processes
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in full-cycle talent acquisition (sourcing to closing) and a strong understanding of best practices in the SaaS space
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, reference check etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making and resourceful problem-solving skills
- Natural ability to establish trust and make people feel comfortable
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
- Experience with recruiting or sourcing candidates globally is a plus
- BS/MS in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or similar
