IT Maintenance Technician

ZF is an innovation-driven company that develops volume production-ready products based on its own research and development efforts and thus invests in the future in a targeted way. We are currently expanding our R&D teams in Serbia and looking for a new colleagues who will join our team at our new location Novi Sad.

Your tasks:

• Providing MES first level support on production lines
• Help Desk service Ticket System (MES issues)
• Troubleshooting of the IT problems on the production equipment
• Connection of the new production machines onto the network (production/office)

Your profile:

• Successfully completed IV level of technical education at least
• Good knowledge of the industrial protocols (profiBUS, profiNET, OPC…)
• Basic knowledge of the Windows servers and MS SQL data base
• Working experience on similar position is a must
• English Language knowledge at least on upper intermediate level
