Our client, an international software company, is expanding and opening a Help Desk position within a new and growing team based in our New Belgrade office.
In this role, you will provide technical support to both new and existing clients, helping them successfully use the company’s applications and systems. Your responsibilities will include assisting with client onboarding, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day system usage. You will work with a variety of client management, onboarding, and field operations tools, supporting a distributed international user base and collaborating closely with a global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for software, hardware, and network-related issues.
- Assist clients and employees with onboarding, setup, and account management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain documentation of support interactions and system configurations.
- Support the management of IT assets, software installations, and system updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or customer support roles.
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS systems; familiarity with productivity tools (MS Office, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Basic networking knowledge, VPN setup, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.

Ako tražite posao, iskreno bih preporučila da dobro razmislite pre nego što se odlučite za ovu kompaniju. Na osnovu mog iskustva, ovo nije idealno radno okruženje. Plate se uplaćuju delimično preko žiro računa minimalni iznos od oko 60.000 RSD dok se ostatak plaća na crno preko Veem naloga. To znači da porezi i doprinosi nisu u potpunosti obračunati, što može imati negativan uticaj na vašu buduću penziju kao i navase socijalno i zdravstveno osiguranje. Kompanija često organizuje performance review-e gde se stalno ocenjuje vaš rad i očekuje da budete odlični. Ipak, ne postoji odgovarajuće nagrađivanje, bonusi ili priznanja fokus je samo na kritici i zahtevima. Na osnovu svog iskustva, savetovala bih svima koji traže posao da ovu kompaniju zaobiđu i potraže radno mesto gde će njihov rad biti zaista cenjen i gde će plate i doprinosi biti u skladu sa zakonom obračunati i uplaćivani.
