What you'll do
- Manage the HR Lifecycle processes, including: inteview, onboarding, employee engagement, grievance response & attrition management.
- Develop, document, and implement premier, full cycle staffing processes for sourcing, screening, attracting, and hiring top quality candidates, using smart and cost-effective sourcing solutions
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and positive experience for employees.
- Stay informed and connected to external factors, trends, competition, and market conditions that impact our ability to attract quality hires.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience and training
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a variety of stakeholders.)
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with virtual recruitment (social media, LinkedIn, resume sourcing, virtual career fairs).
