What will you do:
- Deploy, and maintain reliable and scalable systems and networks for clients, ensuring they meet their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on system architecture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems and infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum client satisfaction.
- Monitor system performance, proactively identify bottlenecks, and optimize system resources to ensure optimal performance for clients.
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, addressing their inquiries and issues related to systems.
- Conduct regular system audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend upgrades or enhancements to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and operations teams, to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to maintain an accurate knowledge base and facilitate efficient knowledge transfer among team members.
What we expect from you:
- At least 3 years overall IT experience preferred
- Good level of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) is a must – English is our main working language
- High school or college in the field of Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering or similar;
- Technical requirements with proven hands on experience:
- Good understanding of domain services and their correlation (AD, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and basic understanding of networking in enterprise environment (VPN, etc.)
- General understanding and experience in cloud services (Azure)
- General understanding and experience in M365 common services (general administration)
- Low level understanding of client and server OS
- Experience with Microsoft ADK (WinPE, DISM, ImageX, etc.)
- Endpoint management:
- SCCM – General architecture, OSD, driver packages, application packaging and deployment, CI/CB, reporting, package distribution, general troubleshooting
- Intune MDM / Autopilot – device management, application packaging, patching, common use and administration
- Intermediate scripting skills (PowerShell & batch)
- Able to develop complex documentation (OPS manuals, general procedures, instructions, KB articles, etc...)
